  @Kevin_Z   Tado internet bridge is connected to ethernet port 4 but as you can see from the attached picture the port registers nothing. I have moved Tado to a Xyzel 10gb switch so it is not a crisis but it would be nice if the error is fixed

@bjomol I've sent you a beta firmware via a private message. Please install it on your BE800 to observe if the Tado internet bridge can be correctly recognized by the router.

@bjomol Thank you for the update. I'm glad to hear that your Tado is working fine with the BE800 now.

Please stay with this beta firmware and wait for an official solution.

@Bluefish91

If you urgently need the official firmware, you can download it from the link in my original post. This pre-release version works for both EU and US models.

If you're interested in the beta firmware that resolves the 10M/100Mbps connectivity issue, I can share it via message. Please let me know if you need the beta firmware.

@Bluefish91 Sure.

Please check the private message later and let me know what device stopped working when connected to the 2.5G LAN port of the BE800. Thanks.

  @Kevin_Z The issue is reproduceable 100% of the time. It states 'interface returns exception'. I did try a reset to defaults and re-setup the router and the issue persists. It also doeesn't matter if I access the device using a local password or the TP-Link. Same error on mobile.

  @Kevin_Z Only issue that I've found is that the app and website present an error if trying to modify the LED on the router. Not an issue for me, but it maybe for others.

@TheSassyBear Thank you for your feedback.

Could you please provide an error screenshot when you try to modify the LED Control settings either via the Tether App or Web UI?

Is this issue reproducible or does it occur occasionally?
