I installed the BETA firmware 1.1.1 Build 250212 on Friday afternoon (GMT+1) and everything worked fine so far. Even if I'm not affected by the problem, it can't hurt if not just a handful of people test it, but perhaps one or two more people.
Yesterday, however, I noticed something strange and now I'm not sure if it was due to the BETA firmware or something else.
Every night at 3:50 am the system log is sent to me by email. On the night from Friday to Saturday, I also received the system log by email, but not on the night from Saturday to Sunday. I then tried to initiate the sending of the system log manually via the Archer BE550 web interface, but that didn't work. After clicking on Send, it took a while and suddenly my connection from the PC to the router was disconnected. I tried it a total of 4 times and each time I got the same result. That means that my PC was disconnected from the Archer BE550 on the network side and reconnected after about 30 to 60 seconds. Turning off the Flow Controller on the LAN side didn't help either, although that was my first suspicion. The router itself was online and accessible via the Tether app. Other clients also had internet access during this time.
Finally, I downgrade to the official firmware 1.1.1 Build 20241230 and reactivated the flow controller on the LAN side. I was then able to have the system log sent manually by email immediately and without any problems. I also received the system log by email again last night without any problems.
Was this just a stupid coincidence or could there possibly be a problem with this new BETA version? Maybe someone can try to reproduce and test it too.

Do you remember if the time settings on the BE550 as correct after installing the provided beta firmware? I cannot say for sure if this is an issue with the provided beta or a coincidence in your network at the moment.
I hope others who are installing this beta firmware can also help check the Email System Log feature on the BE550 and provide your feedback. @centouno @Baxajaun Can you guys please help check? Thank you very much.

After reading the problem I decided to try it and sure enough, it happens to me too.
When sending the report by email, the WIFI disconnects and reconnects after about 60 seconds.
It is definitely a firmware error.

Thank you for testing my reported issue with the BETA firmware 1.1.1 Build 250212 and for not making me doubt myself.
But I think that we should discuss this problem better in the thread Devices with 10/100Mbps Connections Lose Internet After Updating Archer BE550 V1 Firmware to 1.1.1 because this issue only occurs with the BETA firmware.

Thank you very much for the quick update. I'm glad to hear that the Traffic Usage Overview issue has been fixed on the latest Tether App.
I will request the development team to review and make sure the same fix will be included on the Android App as well.
Sorry, but unfortunately we have to take a step back. I was probably too excited yesterday as far as iOS was concerned, because the problem has not really been resolved in the Tether app for iOS.
As you can see in the screenshots, a realistic value is again displayed for today, January 23, 2025, and 3 clients with data traffic are shown. These 3 clients were online today from 5 am to 6 am and connected wireless to the BE550.
But when I look at yesterday's data traffic, there is only data traffic for the period from 7 pm to the end of the day. The data traffic that was still visible yesterday morning, see screenshot from yesterday's post (#28), is now gone on iOS.
For a direct comparison, this is what it looks like this morning in Tether app on Android.
The screenshots in the Tether app (iOS and Android) were all taken on January 23, 2025 in the morning, from 6:51 am to 6:53 am. (time zone GMT+1).
@Kevin_Z and everyone else who is interested or personally affected.
It looks like I have found the possible cause. I described it in detail to support via email yesterday after they told me that TP-Link had made changes to the server. Unfortunately, this did not completely solve the problem.
I have activated the time control for WiFi network. I have created for the 5GHz and 6GHz two schedules together and one schedule only for 2.4GHz. For the 5GHz and 6GHz is one schedule for the weekend and the other one is for the day during the week. The separate schedule for 2.4GHz is for everyday the same.
In the way of the WiFi schedules, I have the problem that the data in the data traffic overview from the morning disappears. As can be seen in the pictures above.
After some testing over several days, it looks like the problem is caused by the fact that I created a separate WiFi schedule for 2.4GHz. In my case, it is a 2.4GHz WiFi network for the IoT network. So, not the normal 2.4GHz WiFi network from the Archer BE550. If I deactivate or delete this separate WiFi schedule for the 2.4GHz and integrate this one to WiFi schedules for the 5GHz and 6GHz WiFi networks, so that all WiFi networks go off and on at the same time, then the problem with the data traffic usage overview is solved.
When I have the time, I will test the whole thing with the normal 2.4GHz network, which I normally always have switched off. I have only activated the 2.4GHz WiFi network for the IoT network and otherwise only use 5GHz and 6GHz. And also with a separate WiFi schedule for 6GHz to be sure the root cause are different WiFi schedules for the WiFi networks.
Update
I just received confirmation of my suspicion by email. TP-Link support was able to reproduce my observation in a test.
So if someone else has with firmware 1.1.1 Build 20241230 the same problem and the display of data usage overview in the Tether app is important to them, they should check the WiFi schedules.
