Hardware Version: V18
Firmware Version:

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing connectivity issues when trying to connect my TP-Link Archer AX50 router to my new AI computer. Here’s what’s happening:

  • Intermittent connection: The Wi-Fi connection drops randomly, even though other devices on the network seem to work fine.
  • Slow speeds: When connected, the internet speed is much slower than expected, especially compared to other devices.
  • Router not detected: Sometimes my computer doesn’t detect the router at all, even when I’m close to it.
  • Driver issues: I’m not sure if there’s a driver issue or compatibility problem with the Wi-Fi adapter on my AI computer.

I’ve tried restarting the router, updating firmware, and checking for driver updates on my computer, but the problem persists. Has anyone else faced similar connectivity issues with the TP-Link Archer AX50? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Did you test if the issue still comes out when the lenovo computer connects to other WIFI?

And check Wi-Fi signal strength, if it is weak, relocate it nearer to the main router.

And you can also test the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Change WIFI channel.

2. Check QoS settings on the router.

3. Update router firmware and adapter driver.
