I have an Airtel fibre connection in Gurgaon (India). I installed Deco M5 in January 2024 to extend the coverage in my house. It was working fine until yesterday when i started getting patchy network in my wifi. It kept disconnecting. The Airtel (ISP) modem works fine if I disconnect the Deco device, however, the moment i reconnect Deco to the Airtel modem, the ISP's modem also stops working and says no internet available. Have tried multiple times since yesterday to no avail. Please help

Hi, Is the Airtel modem back online already?

If the ISP modem is active now, for the "patchy network" of Deco M5, can you help me check more details:

1. Which case here is more like your current network issue?

Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network

I think it might be the case 3

It is also suggested to set a different Deco as the main Deco in case the instability issue was caused by a specific unit:
