Deco X20 4G connection problem

I'm in Italy, my deco doesn't connect to the internet, sim is working on smartphone
carrier: Windtre
sim without PIN
Band: 3
the sim info seems not to be read within the deco app.
Router firmware updated. Please help me

Hi, Have you tried to manually add an APN profile on the Deco, such as:
https://www.windtrebusiness.it/en/support/services-and-settings/mobile/internet
Fields to fill in | Parameters to insert |
---|---|
Profile name | leave the field empty |
Password | leave the field empty |
APN | Internet.it |
