Model: Archer MR400
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220518 Rel.59424n

Hello,

I have a problem connecting the MR400 4G LTE router with DVR using Wi-Fi.

Notices:

There is no problem when connecting the MR400 with the DVR using Ethernet cable, Wi-Fi from mobile hot-spot, and Wi-Fi using the same SIM in Huawei b513G router.

The DVR connects with the MR400 router when changing the DNS to public DNS, but it doesn't stream correctly.

From the DVR application - it is online.

But the streaming is not working.

Also, I tried to google DNS and Open-DNS, didn't help.

Disabling firewall and setting security in MR400 to low didn't help.

Any help please.

Regards.

Hi, if you connect DVR to the MR400 via Ethernet cable, or  the Hotspot of your mobile phone, or Huawei b513G router using the same SIM card, is the connection OK?

And can the DVR stream correctly?

  @Marvin_S

Thank you.

Yes, it streams very good and without using external DNS server.

I tried it again before posting this reply.
