Firmware Version: 1.2.4

Just updated my deco mesh system from 3 years old E4 to brand new X60 to solve the range issue. I'm trying to assign my laptop to the nearest unit, but the app will not give me that option - as displayed in instruction videos etc. How do I get that features to show in the app?

Firmware 1.2.4 should have that feature, but are you sure this is the firmware version installed on your X60s? Please make screenshot of Update Deco page in Deco app and post it here, example:

Hi, The option to choose connection preference for mobile clients needs the support of all Mesh units so apart from the main Deco X60_V3_1.2.4, you might need to make sure other Mesh units support this feature as well.
