Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20210915 Rel. 62826

Hello,

I brought a new deco mesh recently 3 device, which were setup correctly, but when I try to upgrade to new version 1.2.5 Build 20240106 Rel. 2319, it does not upgrade and nor restart, I tried doing it from Web UI over network and Wired both.

Please guide what should I do.

@ImtiazAli I was able to resolve it, Looks like Direct Upgrade to most recent version not possible, I had move to 1.2.4 and then upgrade to 1.2.5, No I have purchase the same via Amazon.

@rps97 Did you buy the Decos from an ISP? The current firmware looks like a custom one.

If you did, you need to contact them for latest firmware

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it
