Hi, Thanks for getting back to me.

192.168.178.22 is the IPV4 address on the Deco APP, right?

It seems like your IPV4 address is a private IP address and the internet service provider might use CG-NAT service(https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/stories/detail/1766), which means out of Deco, there is one more firewall that needs to open ports.

In this way, you could try to change Deco into Access Point mode and only leave the main ISP router as the DHCP/NAT server:
