  @vk3hjq

Hello,

Thanks for your explanation, unfortunately I don´t have the chance to change my antenna without having more costs.

Would it be OK If I just tilted it 45º?

I calculated the gain using a portable frequency analyzer, and measure the signal at 2100MHZ using the normal antenna, and then the one I bought in Vertical and Horizontal, and this gave me a signal leven difference of -7dbi in Horizontal and 8dbi in vertical.

Once again, thanks for you support

  @CarlosOliveira

Yes orientate it @ 45 Deg.

FYI:

Cable loss for LMR400 coax @ 2100MHz is 0.20dB/m & RG58 coax used here on this panel antenna @ 2100MHz is 0.76db/m, so 5mtrs is now @ 3.8dB, that's 5.95dBi.

This works out to be  -5.95dBi cable loss + 8dBi Antenna gain = 2.05dBi Total Gain
