In either case, be sure to provide the following information:
1. Who is your ISP? What's the model of the modem?
2. Save and email the System Log on the router (System Tools > System Log). Don't reboot the router, if the internet doesn't recover automatically, please login to the router page, go to Advanced > Network > Internet, click on the Connect/Disconnect to recover the connection on the router.

I have AX20 v1.0 (EU version) and it seems somehow I'm not affected by the issue. I haven't noticed any disconnections or WAN light turning red/amber. I'm running FW version
1.3.2 Build 20210902 rel.35277(4555), with auto update set to off (updating manually).
Do we know what might cause issues mentioned by users? And, I believe many affected are wondering, when can we expect new stable FW release for AX20 with this fix implemented?

Be sure you are installing the correct beta firmware on the router, if your router hardware is Archer AX1800(US) v1.20, you can only install the beta firmware provided for Archer AX1800_V1.20, but not the one for Archer AX1800_V1.0. Please confirm.

@Kevin_Z Correct that is the one I used but no luck.

This disconnect issue could be ISP-related also, so not all Archer AX20 will experience the dropping issue. As confirmed with the developers, there will be an official firmware soon, please pay attention to the product firmware download on the official website, we will also update this thread once the official firmware is available.

You can install the beta firmware we provided in my original post, then monitor the connectivity again.

This might be related, but every time my router auto-reboots (I set it to happen every monday at 4am), the router comes back with internet down, I have to manually reboot it for the internet to come back.
any tips? Thanks
Firmware Version:
2.1.2 Build 20210901 rel.75450(5553)
Hardware Version:
Archer AX20 v2.0
It generated no logfile entries
I tried disabling/enabling auto-boot in settings as recommended in another post, let's see what happens next monday lol

Hi, Which update I should use? When trying it just gives me unable to update error message.
So far I have used these beta version SW's:
Archer AX20_V1.0_210902
Archer AX20_V1.20_211221
Archer AX20(EU)_V2.0_210901
And my SW/HW setup is currently:
Version: 1.3.2 Build 20210902 rel. 35277
Hardware: Archer AX20 v1.0.
Located at Finland, Europe
This is bad situation since I'm working from home and this only half year old router is disconnecting several times per day. Maybe the last Tp-link device I will buy.....

You should download and install this one Archer AX20_V1.0_210902, please try again. Be sure you have unzipped the downloaded file first, then choose the bin file in it when upgrading the firmware from the router web GUI.
If it still fails, please show us the error screenshot.
