Software and firmware for TP-Link M7350?
Dear TP-Link Community and TP-Link admins,
We have a TP-Link M7350 and the warranty has ended.
Currently when we switch it on it says "Initializing..." and it never works. No Wi-Fi, no LTE, nothing. We've tried reseting and it does reset but it doesn't work, we've tried with and without SIM cards, different SIM cards, etc.
I've asked support TP-Link and they cannot help because it's out of warranty.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
I'd be happy to try to upload firmware using software (I just need the software and the firmware). I understand that this might break it and it is not supported but since it's already broken and support cannot help I would really like to try this. Any links with the software and the firmware would be really handy (or any other ideas).
If you need the Serial Number let me know and I'll send (over personal message perhaps)

Yes, we've tried the "Reset" button (with a pin) under the back cover. It says "Restoring..." (or something similar) but it doesn't go further than "Initializing..."

Hi, After reset, would the wireless network go back to the default SSID?
Can I have a picture of your login page?
And have you tried the tpMIFI APP as well?

@TP-Link Hi, I have the same problem on M7350 V.1.
It stays on Initializing screen forever.
Tryed to reset and just changed the old battery.
The boot file seems to be corrupted.
Can I upload a new one? Or can I do anything to fix the problem?
