@Donny9977  thx bro, it just mentions xbox and nothing on PS4, just wanted someone with a PS4 to give me a heads up on connectivity, this router is worse wired with nothing on network, i’ve Only had it a few weeks I can take it back no worries

Review the QoS, if on, turn off. Next, review Parental Control and Service Filtering, possibly turn these services off. Also, review the Xbox setting and follow UPnP for the PS4. Furthermore, the PS4 and its IP, might need to be in the DMZ to remove the port restrictions. (Xbox is using UPnP and "auto-open" the ports, you might need to review the router system/traffic logs to see what ports the PS4 is attempting.)

Attempt / adjust one parameter at a time to see how it goes. Turning all the knobs at once, you won't be able to determine which actually helps.

@Donny9977  Godzilla buddy thanks for all of those options, i’ll Try one by one, do I have to reboot router after each change for it to take effect. If this helps when i play wired there’s a tiny bit of delay so I’m using wireless 5g with about 92% signal strength, also I’m getting huge ping spikes on the 2.4 network, I never had these problems with the w9970 which was fine I just needed better wi if coverage.

Normally, after changing the router parameters, reboot is not needed, simply hit Save and the setting will apply.

Thx bro, there’s a new factor come in to play, i plugged the original isp router in as the vr600 has lost the capacity to use the 2.4 wireless, i’ve Read bits and bobs somewhere saying this could be a factor with this model, although I don’t see how they could sell something knowing there’s a fault with beyond belief. Here’s the thing bro the freezer which is around 4ft away from the router is 100% causing issues. I’ve turned it off completely i’ll Update you if service improves, thx for the advice bro.@Donny9977
