I bought the more expensive M9 over the M5. But it feels like spending more for less.

The professional support on this forum makes me feel very uncomfortable. Not giving me the feeling that TP-link is willing to improve at all.

Bought this also for the ZIgbee support. I ended up buying another gateway while getting Zigbee up and running is a waste of time.

@Ken12 Thanks for informing. I've seen your is on V2 for hardware. Mine is on V1. The early adopter. So far 2 weeks into your message, V1 still on 1.4.0 even after checking for updates
