I managed to follow deco app to set up my M5. However 2.4G band cannot be connected to Internet and my WiFi devices failed to work. Despite both 2.4G and 5G switched on. 5G band working well. Please h

I am unalbe to connect my Deco to the internet as my isp requires service name to connect. Where I can find it in Deco app.
