OC300 cant display SpeedTest > 100 Mbps

Unable to manage EAP225
tl;dr: Need Help gaining access to my EAP Long story... I am unable to connect to the default IP of this EAP. I have done factory reset on the device numerous times (using SIM card ejector, I pressed
