@Artur88Macau Just an update, after trying everything, i cant solve the problem with this devices, i guess that the new firmwares are not compatible with Deco M9, too bad, guess i need to sell the M9...

@Saurabh_S I tried to run thi update tool in windows 10, choose compatability mode to win 7, even if not choosing this option, it will scan and never find any Decos ...

@Saurabh_S The link you give me seems to be for V2, my Deco is version V1.1, i was checking the support download page, and if i choose V1.1, theres no firmware downloads, only for V1 and V2 .... now...

@Saurabh_S Hi, 1.4.0 is what i have currently installed... do you mean to reinstall this version?

@Saurabh_S Ok i will try that. Changing the SSID was what i wanted to avoid as i have many smarthome devices but if thats the last resource, I’ll do it. Will try the hotspot first with the same ssid.

@arich oh really? I don't get any firmware update notification yet, will have to check that.
