@Sunshine hi i'm already set Address Reservation and i set the role before bandwidth control only works with guest network

hey everyone i have enabled Bandwidth Control but i can see Controlling Rules is not working at all even when i put the role it is not working as you guys can see in the pic..i'm puting 1536kb...
