@Kathy_Z Yes I managed to fix this by moving the power line to a different plug socket. On the other one there was a computer, 2 monitors, and a printer that must have been causing interference....

Suddenly my powerline adapter won't connect to the other one. They connect fine if they are in the same room, but if I move the other one upstairs it doesn't work. They have been working fine before...
