So support had me update to 1.1.0 and change the 2.4G Beacon interval to 50 from 100. Its been 2 days and no issues so far but I also don't really understand the downside of doing this.

So I confirmed with support that whatever changes they made in the 1.0.90 build I was sent were not incorporated into 1.1. I also tried updating to the public 1.1.0 release and I ran into the issue...

@FooFoo9 Have you tried the latest 1.1 firmware that they posted? I am still running the 1.0.90 that I got from support and I haven't had the issue in months. I plan on trying the 1.1 firmware later...

@zinge Support gave me a firmware 1.0.90 Build 20240524 Rel. 40778 and since then I haven't had the issue at all.

@Arne17 I have a support case open with them and they even had me install version 1.0.90 but I still experienced the issue twice since then. I have the same experience as you that it seems to happen...
