@Arguelhes Yes it is. I tried everything, the speed never got up 20M. I loss my time with this device and comany, got everything back to the store! never again!

Hello Ive installed my range extender, several test connected to both 2.4 and 5 close to original router, 1meter away, I only get 20Mb instead of 200Mb on the original 5ghz Already performed a reset...

@denilsoncsilva same problem here!! Speed not exceeding 20M instead of 200! Extender is just 1m away... good piece of garbage....
