@ArjenR Same problem for me. Security database keeps updating to infinity ( and it looks like it stays on "841 days protected" forever) without success and TPlink-cloud page I get the Device Offline...

@georgewar Check your device time settings. For some reason my C3150 reverted to a date in 2017. Resyncing the clock to PC fixed this Internet is unavailable error for me.
