Even for me same issue ethernet LAN from PC to router showing only 05 MBPS. If I connect directly to ISP broadband cable, I get 95 MPS. Wifi speeds are good as well. Not sure whats with LAN...

@creat0r I too face similar issue. All of sudden the LAN connection dropped to 0.5 Mbps on download. Upload was ok at 90 Mbps. wifi works ok too. Only LAN download is an issue.
