Problem only exists when 3.0 flash drive is directly attached to the router. Using extension cable solves this issue. There isn't any problems with 2.4Ghz band now. Cheers!

@Kevin_Z yes, everything is working fine without the USB flash drive. I'm using channel 6 on 2.4Ghz band /width 20Mhz/ and don't have disconnections from my devices.

@ZebraMilk did you resolve your problem? I have exactly the same issue with this router and it was caused by USB 3.0 flash drive attached to the router. It causes interference with the 2.4Ghz band....
