@Kevin_Z hi , still not working after changing the channel to 1,6,11 and 20mhz , also try to reboot the router still not working , any idea ?

My tapo p100 and c200 can't detect my router (no hidden ssid) even I key in the ssid/password manually or Factory Default Restore the router , both of the tapo still can't detect , do I need to do...
