Nothing I did ever fixed this. Got rid and replaced with Asus ZenWifi AX and now get full speed 500MB+

@JFil I also experience this issue. Full speed (300Mbps+) directly connected to Virgin Super Hub v3 in modem mode. QoS switched off for all devices. Half speed (if that) when connected to wired...
