Please specify your modem,router,service provider.And are you all connecting to the same router for playing cs?

I have solved my problem.Actually i turned my modem from Dynamic IP mode to bridged.now it shows the correct wan ip(Public IP) in my router status tab.And My problem is solved. Thank you very much...
