@Kevin_Z Model is TL-PA8030P. I have the "failed" message attached, when saving the QoS parameters, or changing parameters under the "Mode" tab.

@Kevin_Z Beta Software is now launching correctly and I can see my two 1200 Mbps PLC devices, but I am unable to change the parameters. When saving I get a "Failed" message.
