@scouk long shot here , but the network monitor could be te problem , try to disable it and see if that helps

My configuration will not help you as I have a tailored setting to my devices just fo to advanced. Betwork lLan. And start adding ypur DHCP devices into the reaerved devices table one by one hope...

I managed to figure out my problem , verify that there is no IP conflict between devices , I manually added my smart things into a reserved IP in the DHCP and the error is GONE!
