This seems to be a problem with your settings rather than gigabit support. When you say "by cable and wifi", is that to the gateway Deco, or a satellite deco? What speed does your app's network speed...

The Decos seem to have problems with specific switches. They should really compile a list of known problematic switches. Or issue a fix.
