Same here too, middle led is stable red or flashes red when status disconnected/connect failure accurs...every 1-3 weeks or so...only power reset helps...this came with latest firmware as i can...

I have the same problem with continuous stream: #25 Hm, i never saw a V3 firmware (not at US/AU/UK/GE site), perhaps The Vogon can tell where to find it...or you can try the last beta from the thread...
