@Mervyn1956 Are you referring to the KE100 heads firmware? All mine are showing 2.8.0. There isn't any option for a manual firmware upgrade on the app

@Wayne-TP I have also used supplied batteries first and then replaced them with Uniross Power Plus Ultra Alkaline. I agree with Mervyn1956 - it's nothing to do with batteries, it's the KE100 heads...
