@Joseph-TP I was using the Vodafone branded version of the E3372H, so the firmware wouldn't recognise it, but once I connected an Huawei E3372H-320 it said successfully identifed

I'm running the latest firmware on my TL-WR902AC and trying to make it work with the E3372H-320 modem on a UK ISP. Is it compatible or not as some have reported it works but mine just doesn't...
