@Adz_P Hey mate, unfortunately not. I ended up get another TP link modem and then using the deco x73 as a router. The TP link modem automatically connected to the NBN no issues.

Hi everyone, I have just recently changed to FTTP and have the Deco X73 Modem and followed the steps of the original poster, however, I can't connect to the Internet. Any tips on what might be wrong?
