@UkbasedTapoUser you need 2 routines on you amazon account. The first will open the doorbell camera on the echo. The second will close the doorbell camera after 30 seconds.

@Solla-topee I'm having the same issue on both apple and android phones. - No notifications when doorbell is pressed. - No doorbell ring on phones when doorbell is pressed.

@UkbasedTapoUser You can setup a routine for this. But... it won't always connect and alexa will tell you "the camera isn't responding" sometimes. Also, you won't have the option to talk to someone...

Update, Im not even getting a notification or doorbell ring sound on my android or wifes apple phones now. Notifications seem to be getting worse 😕

Another notification issue... Both apple and android phones have stopped sounding the doorbell chime. Both apple and android phones have stopped sending notifications when doorbell is pressed.

@Solla-topee I don't think anyone is asking for a feature request, we are all asking for the app to work correctly. Thankyou for your reply, could you please speak to the developers and ask them...
