@Brendt_2023-12 I did reset couple times and the LED blinks red and green. But it still can't be shown in Wi-Fi list.

I just bought a pair of Tapo C110 cameras and I try them in my son's home, everything was good. But when I went back to my home, delete them in Tapo Apps and try to re-connect them into my home...
