it's year 2024. we trusted a big tech company like tp-link and bought their network cameras. ended up can't even view our recordings on our laptops, only live rtsp feed workarounds provided....

please publish the windows utility for tapo cameras. everyone buys your products considering it's a default feature for any camera then discover it's not available. disappointing

yes, this camera's night time image quality is terrible. always blurry. even under infrared mode. good 2k video only day time.
