@Marvin_S I was thinking on that also previously, but for some reasons i've moved forward to a router. Can't recall why other than I need another amplify unit, so one more deco but rather a router....

Hello, I'm using 4 deco x90s in mesh, the main unit in router mode. If I integrate a standalone router and use all the decos in AP mode, will it affect the range they cover now? Thanks

@terziyski So if I use a router, decos should be used as APs. Is there any disadvantage using decos as AP instead of mesh network? Any router which has the same or better range than x90? Thank you.
