@LinhVu my deco is also 192.168.68.1 but I set my desktop to 192.168.0.66/255.255.255.0 and it worked for me.

@LinhVu Here's what i did. You need to download the firmware and rename it. Open the TFTP app and browse to where you saved the firmware, should be a folder only. Leave it open in the background....

I also had issues on 1.7.0 using L2TP. You can downgrade by following instructions on https://www.tp-link.com/ph/support/faq/2958/

@TP-Link I changed it back to version 1.6.5 since L2TP is not working on version 1.7.0

@David-TP no i don't know the last version I used. any instructions on how to find the previous version? I already sent a response to the email. I just noticed this, my 2nd deco is getting...
