This problem still happen even with beta firmar to try and fix problem

@TP-Link The beta firmware is different from the last beta version, whats changed? vr400 v3 it was Archer_vr400v3_1.8.0_0.9.1 beta firmware. Now its changed?

@TP-Link Im using the beta firmware but im still having errors on downstream/ upstream. How would I get dslam information? what is that? I tried calling sky and they just said we can't provide that.
