@GreyMouse65 When we reset/configure the WiFi router, it sets 2.4 GHz on 20MHz channel width by default. Several old equipments do not recognise 40MHz. I'm just suggesting you to check your WiFi...

@GreyMouse65 This usually happens when the channel width of the 2.4/5 GHz is not recognized by your devices. Use 20Hz channel width for 2.4 GHz band.

@Alexandre. Yes. that's what I tried. I wish tp-link will add an option to set separate SSID for 2.4 & 5 GHz soon.

@Alexandre. Thank you. I tried this already. Keeping the guest network open all the time may be risky. The same was highlighted by the tp-link app's security scan. I wouldn't prefer taking any risk.
