@d0ugmac1 Same issue. I did manage to get updated to the most recent CA version in hopes it would then work with the SSH command but still a no go.

@d0ugmac1 The label indicates EAP245(US) Ver 3.0, so it is identical to the one that accepted the firmware update...... ETA: The current firmware on the device is 5.0.3 Build 20210708 Rel....
