@David-TP I checked the Ethernet port and it is fine. I changed the Decos as suggested above How do I know which one is the main one?

@David-TP Hi I held the reset button for 2 seconds. My main one is plugged into my NetComm router. when I attempt to connect it on the Apo is says 'It looks like Deco is not connected'
