@mwo have you tried to "reset" the switch and just run it WITHOUT controller, like a dumb switch? does the problem appear then?

@shberge m8be you dont use VLANs, or the constellation in your environment is just lucky. It could be switches with v1 or v2 or v4 in a mixed environment that just causes those problems. I didnt...
