@kogan have you verified the local IP address on devices on this switch? how do you determine it's a bad switch? verify the cables? the config? anything messed up by your customer? any loop? checked...

@abhhii10 the older model does not support hardware acceleration. if a model supports hardware acceleration, then some traffic is not processed by the same system that records your traffic stats.

@Springs42 In the latest firmware with the controller, you have option 66 and 67. if you don't want to test that out, that'll be fine. (note that the controller will reset your router after adoption)...
