I have solved this problem by unchecking CDP and LLDP protocols in Neighbor Discovery settings in Mikrotik Router.

@Virgo This issue is on LAN (Router <--> EAP) side. It is not related with wireless side. I have rebooted and resetted EAP but it didn't help.
