Thanks for the reply, have returned product to supplier for credit and configured a smart Hub via Ethernet cable to act as an extender.

I recently purchased the above extender but have found that it will randomly loose the internet connection but the extender has a constant Blue light and no indication that anything is wrong. Is this...
