what device? how can a device alter the internal settings its quite clear the router lost all the isp settings and time settings etc

when I looked on the router web ui in the settings everything was back to default settings time was wrong no isp settings just everything zero

all the lights are working just they appear not to in the daylight hours

yes all functions work without the lights working ....but it seems they are back to normal now after a few reboots of the router plus in daylight I cant see the blue led but as dusk comes and night...
