Hello, I have gotten IPsec VPN working client to lan. I initially did not have much luck with it but eventually deleted all ike and IPsec policies and just had the IPsec enabled check box checked...

By "see across the subnets" I mean "can a VPN computer detect and browse a LAN machine via windows network browser." NOT by typing the desired machine's IP into windows explorer.
