i checked TP-LINK SOHO Wireless router can do that , so i think switch can do it also, but maybe you need a new firmware to support it .

470T+ doesn't support this feature, the better way is you can appoint some IPs use one line , and other IPs use other line (policy routing) , then all users maybe can get a good internet speed.
